Membership Manager

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Membership Manager to join the company and take on one of the most opportunistic roles the industry has to offer. This is a role that allows for you to create and develop relationships with leading solution providers in the enterprise technology space. Through extensive research and conversation you will learn the goals and priorities of IT & IT Security Executives and collaborate with companies that have the solutions they are looking for. This role requires professionalism, drive, desire to learn, enthusiasm, energy and positivity.
Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1+ years of inside sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Experience with high volume calls/emails
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to think on your feet and navigate high level conversations
  • Strong research experience
  • CRM (salesforce ideally) experience preferred
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn

Role Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sourcing appropriate potential attendees
  • Research and develop a lead base of high level IT & IT Security executives within your territory
  • Use professional social media platforms to connect with this elite audience
  • Educate executives on the benefits of our events
  • Manage entire relationship with your prospects to ensure a great Apex experience
  • Grow attendance for Apex events
  • Work with the Sponsorship Team to understand the solution providers and align with Members
  • Work with Members to develop content and speaking sessions for the Assembly agenda
  • Understand Member focus areas to guide them most appropriately
  • Stay abreast of new IT trends, practices, challenges etc. that affect our Member base
  • Responsible for hitting monthly quota of registering attendees

Pardot Certified - Digital Marketing Specialist

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Pardot Certified – Digital Marketing Specialist to join the company and develop a strong marketing plan and strategy within a growing company. This is a role that allows for you to use your experience, creativity and ideas and put them into action. With such a strong event model, the goal is to educate and spread awareness with the assistance of the best tools the industry has to offer and the talent of a Marketing Specialist that could take the company to the next level.

This role requires experience using leading digital marketing tools: i.e. Salesforce, Pardot, WordPress, and Google Analytics.

Role Requirements:

  • Experience using Salesforce and Pardot are required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of digital marketing in a in a B2B environment
  • Experience with high volume email campaigns, segmentation and email marketing workflows.
  • Manage reporting and analytics on all programs to measure success and return on investment.
  • Give weekly results driven updates on campaigns and new strategies
  • Comfortable collaborating with team members and management within a remote workforce.
  • The ability to learn quickly and rapidly build expertise in new industry verticals
  • Ability to think on your feet and navigate high level conversations

Role Responsibilities 

  • Excellent prioritization and time-management skills
  • Ability to assess the business, identify opportunities, and promote strategies moving forward
  • Track record of success in building, scaling and excellently executing B2B marketing efforts.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Strong ability to work towards a large plan and break down a schedule and timelines
  • Add input to marketing investment decisions in collaboration with the Executive Team to manage marketing budget closely. Set campaign calendar and activate across a range of tactics.
  • Generate inbound leads that turn into sales. This includes ideation, tactical execution, and optimization of campaigns targeted at our unique markets.
  • Manage the marketing and content calendar and oversee the development and deployment of content, including but not limited to, targeted content that speaks directly to prospects within prioritized verticals.
  • Oversee the creation and deployment of comprehensive marketing campaigns that result in pipeline growth.
  • Study and stay up to date on market trends, new brands, and other sales strategies to provide an elite level of success for the client

  • Work with Sponsors to ensure they are leading high quality thought leadership sessions
  • Understand Member focus areas to guide Sponsors appropriately
  • Stay abreast of new IT trends, challenges etc. that affect our Member and Sponsor base
