Quincey spent 8+ years working for the United States Air Force and North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) in Germany, Italy, and England. Rod Aday is the Chief Information Security Officer for Bank of China, USA. He is responsible for the bank’s Information Security Program and ensuring all technology and information security risks are managed appropriately.

Previously he was the Chief Strategy Officer for Mercury Risk and Compliance Inc (MRCI). At MRCI he partnered with the co-founders to create the company’s vision, communicate the plan with all those involved, execute business initiatives and sustain implementation efforts. Rod was also previously the Director, Information Risk Management (IRM) for Verizon where he was responsible for the IRM function across all the Verizon groups. Prior to Verizon, he was the CISO, Head of Operational Risk and Information Security for Dexia Credit Local, USA. He is an experienced security professional with many years of experience in information security, business continuity, operational risk, and information technology.

As a CISO in the financial services sector, Rod built Information Security and Business Continuity Programs from the ground up at three different financial institutions, bringing their cybersecurity maturity to the level appropriate for each institution’s risk profile and in-line with regulatory guidance. He earned his Master’s of Science in Information Security from the University of London. Rod holds a CISSP certification, as well as the concentrations CISSP-ISSAP and CISSP-ISSMP.

Brian Benn is currently serving as Chief Information Officer & Vice President of Clark Atlanta University. Most recently, Brian successfully led the Atlanta Housing IT staff through the pandemic and afforded the agency the opportunity to continue to support the roughly 26,000 households and 70,000 participants in the City of Atlanta. Brian studied Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of Alabama in Huntsville and has a Master’s of Business Administration degree from Belhaven University. Brian serves on the Executive Advisory Board for Atlanta Technology Professionals, the National Advisory Board for the Government Technology Special Districts Program, the Atlanta CIO Advisory Board, the Executive Committee for the Technology Association of Georgia, and as Board Chair for GeorgiaCIO. After earning his degree in Physics, Walt was commissioned as an officer in the US Air Force and served as a technical officer in the nuclear weapons command and control arenas for over seven years during which he also earned a master’s degree in administration.

He has served in a variety of technology leadership roles with companies such as Fidelity, Gannett, BDM, TRW, and Ajilon Consulting. He has served for several years as a COO, CIO, and Chief Marketing Officer.
