Based in McLean, VA, Troy Drake is responsible for GTT’s Enterprise Field Division in the Americas. He has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to GTT, he spent 8 years as the Head of Telstra International’s Enterprise team in North America, responsible for sales teams across direct and indirect channels. Telstra leverages its global network with strong APAC presence to support US Enterprise clients. Before joining Telstra, he led enterprise sales teams at Tata Communications, supporting enterprise clients with voice and network needs globally. Prior to Tata, he spent 7 years at Global Crossing as Mid-Atlantic Region Sales Manager supporting enterprise customers clients across DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Prior to starting his telecommunications career, he spent 4 years in the National Football League as an Offensive Lineman for the Philadelphia Eagles and Washington Redskins (now Washington Commanders). He has leveraged his sports and leadership experience enabling his success while building and managing his teams. Troy holds a BS in Business from Indiana University.
