ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Membership Manager to join the company and take on one of the most opportunistic roles the industry has to offer. This is an entry level role that allows for you to create and develop relationships with high level IT & IT Security executives in the Enterprise space. Through extensive research and conversation you will learn the goals and priorities of these executives and have them attend the Assemblies or Custom events that are most applicable to them. This role requires professionalism, desire to learn, enthusiasm, energy and positivity.
Role Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
1+ years of inside sales experience in a B2B environment
Experience with high volume calls/emails
Excellent communication skills
Team player
Ability to think on your feet and navigate high level conversations
Strong research experience
CRM (salesforce ideally) experience preferred
Familiarity with LinkedIn
Role Responsibilities:
Research and develop a lead base of high level IT & IT Security executives within your territory
Use professional social media platforms to connect with this elite audience
Educate executives on the benefits of our events
Manage entire relationship with your prospects to ensure a great Apex experience
Grow attendance for Apex events
Work with the Sponsorship Team to understand the solution providers and align with Members
Work with Members to develop content and speaking sessions for the Assembly agenda
Understand Member focus areas to guide them most appropriately
Stay abreast of new IT trends, practices, challenges etc. that affect our Member base
