DATA IN MOTION

Data is reaching new heights in 2022, from sustainable real time analytics, optimal recruiting and training, to federal and local policies and requirements. Data is hindered by organizational silos and complex data models that increase the cost of maintenance. Companies still lack a single customer view. The current infrastructure is unable to support the rapid adoption of digital data needs. Join this discussion with fellow CDO’s to discuss great strides organizations are making to tackle these challenges.

During this discussion you will learn:

  • Data in the digital experience – contextual and personal data is the number one factor driving a good service experience
  • Deep dive into data quality, security, and governance issues that every organization deals with.
  • Going from good data and analytics to actionable data insights with intelligence and automation.
  • Building a data roadmap and strategy with objective prioritization
