Enhance agent experience and simplify commercial insurance processes
As the world of Insurtech continues to diversify at breakneck speed, one thing that remains constant is the inherent complexity of commercial insurance systems. Now more than ever it is imperative that agents focus on building and maintaining relationships rather than waste their time logging in to multiple legacy systems to produce one commercial quote. In this fast-paced world, both agents and carriers are increasingly seeking a way to simplify their commercial sales systems in order to increase premium growth.
Erie Insurance, a Fortune 500 insurance company, has improved their independent agents’ way of life and ease of doing business by implementing a low-code platform to deliver a new sales system, improve processes to drive efficiency and cost savings, and lay the groundwork for Erie to digitally transform the user experience. These efforts resulted in a double digit increase in a commercial insurance product sales; a reduction of software development time by 30% and an increase in sponsorship for IT in other commercial products.
